Skill sets:
Highly skilled in Search Engine Optimization, including link and citation building
Comfortable in Google Search Console, Google My Business, Webmaster Tools and AdWords
Familiar with social media networks, such as Facebook, Yelp, Foursquare, Yellow Pages, Google Listings, Apple Maps, etc.
Experience in Customer Service preferred, but not required
Website management/development – specifically WordPress – is a plus!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tasks this person would assist with:
Work with SEO company on link/citation building, as needed
Manage & regularly update all online listings, including but not limited to:
Yelp
Google Listings
Apple Maps
Yellow Pages
Foursquare
Improve Online Reputation by responding to customer reviews
Update company website & developments, as needed
Provide weekly/monthly reporting & progress on Online Reputation
