Senior QC Analyst
Responsibilities
- Sampling and testing of intermediate and finished products as per sampling plan and testing schedule.
- Preparation of SOP and control of specifications and testing methods of Packaging Materials, Finished products and Raw Material used for production.
- Internal and External Qualification, Calibration and maintenance of Quality Control instruments as per the schedule and maintain its record.
- To control all documentation relevant to Quality control.
- To ensure that the reference standards (Primary/Secondary) and working standards are available and the record is updated.
- Preparation of QC Testing Schedule and checking of Lab checklist in absence of Deputy Manager Quality Control.
- To prepare and implement the training program for newcomers.
- To check volumetric standardized solutions and maintain its record.
- Stability analysis as per sampling plan and testing schedule.
- Preparation of stability testing reports.
- To prepare recommendation regarding the purchase of Laboratory Equipment and maintenance/calibration of them as per planned procedure and maintain their record.

- Method development and validation of analytical control procedures of all the new and running products
- To assist deputy manager Quality Control in all technical matters.
- Coordination with Quality Assurance, Raw Material and Import Departments for the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
