Client Services Representative (Spanish)

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists

Skills:

  • 1+ years of customer care representative experience
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along
  • Active listener
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mind.
  • Demonstrated reputation in a pre-sales environment.
  • Ability to recognize the demands on of the clients.
  • Ability to work independently and to be proactive.
  • Ability to control outward emotions while handling interpersonal relationships with empathy.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Responsibility:

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information
  • Keep records of customer grievances and transfer to the relevant department.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Support sales efforts with in-depth product and business knowledge.
  • International clients dealing with exposure
  • To maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s products and service offerings
