Desired Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Responsibility:
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Keep records of customer grievances and transfer to the relevant department.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Support sales efforts with in-depth product and business knowledge.
- International clients dealing with exposure
