HR / Admin Manager

Responsibilities

Hashe Computer Solutions is on Lookout for a sharp and hardworking individual with decent experience in Administration and Human Resource Management.

 Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules
  • Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
  • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
  • Maintaining department records and reports
  • Participating in administrative staff meetings
  • Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
  • Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures

 Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Manager or relevant role
  • Experience with HR software like HRMS
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • Candidate should have good communication skills.
  • Should have excellent administrative skills.
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience.
