A well Progressive & Leading reputable company looking for Front Desk Officer based in Karachi.
- Control incoming/outgoing calls
- Make entry of guests in register and issue visitor pass
- Receive incoming post
- Coordinate with courier service for outgoing post
- Ensure visitors do not bring weapons in the premises.
- Ensure that outgoing and incoming staff members register their entry/exit on biometric system
- Maintain order and discipline in reception area
- Keep record of outgoing calls
- Maintenance of central exchange
- Keep/display telephone numbers of emergency services.
- Organize priority to Marketing staff for making marketing calls
- Disallow entry of unwanted visitors
- Take measures to avoid misuse of telephone
