HR Assistant

Responsibilities

We are looking for an HR Assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.

  • Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
  • Assist Manager HR in all HR related activities
  • Assist with the screening of candidates, recruitment and interview process
  • Conduct training for new batch
  • Recommend strategies for employee retention
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Assist with payroll.
  • Develop creative strategies for Employee Retention.
  • Managing all the tasks related to HR.
  • Official outstation visits.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.

Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Human Resources Management or any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
  •  Outstanding communicator and customer service oriented.
  •  High self-motivation; Good interpersonal and time leadership skills
  • Inventive, proactive, diligent to details and a good standout colleague
  • A Self Starter and Game Changer.
  •   Motivated, great teammate but can lead when required
