Develop and maintain HR strategy within the organization

Monitor Administration Department of the company for smooth operations.

Maintenance of personnel records

Providing correspondence services and drafting replies where appropriate to ensure that all issues are dealt efficiently.

Preparing routine letters, reports, memorandums

Briefing compliance issues to marketing managers

Explaining and dealing with compliance issues

Verifying and identifying documents

Outstations visits and training

Coordination with different universities for job ad placing and hiring purpose
