Supervisor
Job Description
- To coordinate with customer regarding daily transportation operations
- To lead team of drivers / helpers
- To keep contact with drivers while delivering the goods to franchises
- To monitor loading operations from customer warehouse
- To make sure that loading / offloading count is as per customer documents
- To make sure that drivers are following HSE instruction both of customer and internal
- To control petty cash
- To make sure safe parking of vehicles
- To maintain proper records of customer delivery orders and PODs
- To handover to PODs to seniors/finance department for invoicing
- To prepare different reports ( transportation, vehicle utilization, discrepancy, lead time analysis etc)
