Administrative Operations Assistant

One of the partners in the US of Horizon Technologies is looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude.

Candidates should be able to handle the documentation and banking matters of the real estate market in the USA.

Exposure to the USA real estate market is a huge plus

To be successful in executive operations & administration, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate.

Candidates should always be prepared to take on the challenges thrown at them from the management and find timely solutions for it, a sharp, pro-active, initiative-taking person willing to work in the best interest of the business.

The candidate should be familiar with the loan documentation and other loan facilities documentation and laws etc.

The candidate must be familiar with the banking laws.

Candidate should possess sound knowledge & experience of accounts & finance.

Candidates must be proficient with MS Office and Office 365, Internet, and Email usage to accomplish general office tasks and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, Candidates should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

Responsibilities:

The candidate should have knowledge of the real estate documentation etc.

Must be able to handle all the back-end documentation filling etc.

Candidate must be able to prepare title transfer documentation

Must be able to prepare loan documents from templates

Must be able to hand all the banking and finance matters related to loan facilities

Handling office tasks, such organize files, creating correspondence, preparing reports, documents, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing invoices, entering an order

The candidate must pose experience and sound knowledge of customer handling.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Business Administration

Prior administrative experience.

Tech-savvy personality with keeping up with the internet age.

Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

The candidate must be tech-savvy. He must be excellent in MS-excel, word, pdf writer, etc, and other tools, email clients, etc.

Must be focused & give attention to detail.

Excellent verbal & written English communication skills are required.

Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.

The candidate must be fluent in spoken English
