eCommerce Specialist

One of our partners based in the USA is looking for a dynamic candidate for the position of E-Commerce Specialist. As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will create and implement strategies that make online transactions possible. You will organize, develop, and execute website marketing plans.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.

• Enter client orders into our production software, NOMOS.

• Works with clients to find solutions to order issues.

• Communicates with the internal production team to keep clients' orders on track.

• Manages eCommerce platform store creation, ordering, and inventory.

• Works with the accounting department to ensure timely payments from customers.

• Establish standards, protocols, and best practices for new product listings, for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.

• Collaborate closely with several departments (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.

• Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media.

Requirements

• Practical experience operating and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.

• Understands marketing tactics, several top e-Commerce website builders, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends, and usability best practices.

• Understanding of numerous platforms and online sales methods that may be used to digital sales or website conversions.

• Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies that can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.

• Familiarity with web design and a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Analytical and multitasking skills.

• BSc degree in a relevant field.
