Front Desk Officer

The desired candidate must be responsible for greeting clients.

You will be responsible for contacting employees regarding clients’ queries, answering phones, taking messages, and delivering them to the relevant employee.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills and competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.

Prior experience as a receptionist is also helpful.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

Greet clients with a positive, helpful attitude.

Announcing clients as necessary.

Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary to the relevant person in the company.

Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.

Taking messages from the clients & deliver them to the management.

Provide excellent customer service.

Scheduling appointments.

A candidate who has working experience working as a receptionist in the US market is a plus.

Receptionist Requirements:

Excellent spoken English

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Good time management skills.

Experience working with US-based clients is compulsory.

Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
