Responsibilities
Horizon Technologies is looking for an online sales manager & Growth Hacker for one it partners company in The US. The incumbent must be responsible to head growth initiatives that will initiate from ideation till its launch and monitor its growth and progress. The candidate must be focused on user acquisition, activation, engagement, and client retention.
Job Responsibilities:
- The candidate must work cross-functionally across data, product, campaign, design, CRM, marketing & operations to achieve goals
- The candidate must lead the launch of the new user journey focused on user acquisition and increasing new user conversion rate by implementing different strategies.
- Define and implement sales strategy and technique to establish marketing goals.
- Understand client’s needs and tailor products to meet client requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer queries/issues promptly.
- Conduct effective sales presentations for potential customers.
- Create innovative ways to build a business from individual accounts.
- The candidate must Liaise with the tech team for product development, create growth and onsite strategy plan, built merchandising strategy and must collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for automated and promotional journeys to create an optimum new user experience with various engagement and conversion initiatives.
- The candidate must keep track of KPIs daily and will analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
- The candidate must conduct performance optimization and execute new ideas to successfully reach business targets for all given projects.
- The candidate must define growth objectives, conduct gap analyses, and create a roadmap for new product features on different tech platforms based on customer insights to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Develop best practices for online sales and customer services.
- The candidate must develop a strategy
- The candidate Must lead the Digital marketing & E-commerce team
Job Requirements:
- Master`s or Bachelor’s in the field of Marketing
- At least 3 years of relevant experience will be required
- Very conversant in key marketing analytics and using to drive strategic decision-making.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics, and statistics.
- Having experience with growth hackings tools such as MailChimp for email marketing campaigns, HubSpot, or other platforms for CRM, sales, and marketing purposes.
- The candidate must be strong in the market research
Note:
The timing of this job will be third shift night job 6 pm till 3 am (Mon to Fri)
