Project Coordinator - Software

Responsibilities

We are looking for multiple rock star experienced Project Coordinators to join our fast-paced development team. Overall, you will work closely with the entire technology team. We are very focused on accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness as you seamlessly fit within our sprint process and agile methodology. You will be asked to take the initiative on your workload, so self-motivation is a must!

And most important, you would be joining a very cool and intelligent team.

Required Skills

Proven work experience of 3 - 5 years.

A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field is a must.

Have extensive knowledge and experience of the software development lifecycle.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope.

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Outstanding decision-making and leadership capabilities.

Good Knowledge of latest technologies & trends.

Can handle pressure during deployments.

Strong analytical abilities.

Candidate Must:

Follow the Agile software development process.

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Ensure resource availability and allocation.

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Must be well versed with Project management software (MS Project, Gantt chart, and MS Visio etc.).

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (Project plans, functional. specification document, project proposals, and Flow charts, understanding of business requirement document).

Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

Coordinate with internal resources and clients for the flawless execution of projects.

Note:

This is a 3rd shift work from home job the timing of this job is from work from home 8 pm till 5 am (Monday to Friday).
