Receptionist
Horizon Technologies is looking for a receptionist for one his US based partner.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls as the first point of contact in a polite and friendly manner.
Routing calls to the appropriate individual.
Filter out unwanted sales calls.
Take leads from potential commercial and residential customers, and input into web-based software for sales representatives.
Provide automotive tinting quotes to customers over the phone.
Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
2-3 Years of relevant experience in an office environment.
Strong phone skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Note:
This is an onsite job and the timing of this job is from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Candidate must be fluent in spoken English.
