Social Media Manager

Horizon Technologies is looking for talented social media manager to administer our social media accounts & community management.

You will be responsible for posting text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers.

Responsibilities

Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.

For weekly artwork to schedule social media posts of all projects.

Coordinate with the design team to generate, edit, publish and share engaging content.

Assist customers on social media to guide them to the correct information.

Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency on social platforms.

Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.

Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)

Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

Requirements

Proven work experience as a social media & community management officer.

Hands-on experience in content management

Excellent copywriting skills.

Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Excellent communication skills

Analytical and multitasking skills
