Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

Horizon Technologies is looking for a talented social media and SEO  specialist and to administer our social media accounts & community management. You will be responsible for posting text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
  • for weekly artwork to schedule social media posts of all projects.
  • Coordinate with the design team to generate, edit, publish and share engaging content.
  • Assist customers on social media to guide them to the correct information.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency on social platforms.
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications 
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  • Develop and implement link building strategy
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a social media & community management officer.
  • Hands-on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills. 
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills

 Note:

      This is a third shift night job and the timing of this job will be 6 pm till 3 am (Mon to Fri).
