Support Agent

Job Description

Hostings House is a product based software company working since 2007. We are looking for support agents to understand/learn our product(s) and provide technical support to the customers around the globe. The agents we are looking for must comply with the following skillset

Skills:

A brilliant brain and strong learning power

Great interest in learning and excel more

Basic/Advanced knowledge of linux operating systems

Writing good english with no grammatical mistakes

An ability to assess each customer/employee's IT knowledge levels

Ability to deal with problematic clients

Logical thinker

Good analytical and problem solving skills

Keeping up-to-date technical knowledge

Good interpersonal and customer care skills

Good accurate records keeping

Responsibilities:

Make telephonic calls (when necessary)

Knowledge/experience in handling/testing a product (will be appreciated)

Working with customers/employees to identify problems and advising on the solution

Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries

Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves

Testing and fixing faults
