Assistant Manager Utilities & Maintenance
Required Experience & Qualification
- BE (Mechanical / Electrical) with atleast 6 years experience in required areas.
- Certification in PMP & Primavera will be an added advantage.
The required candidate would be responsible to manage the following Utilities sections
- HVAC (Including Central & Splits A/Cs)
- Power Generation & Distribution (Generators & KE)
- Air Compressors (Atlas Copco, Compair, Gardner Denver, Alup etc)
- RO Plant (min 30,000 Gallons)
- Cargo & Passengers Lifts
- HSE Management (Processes/SOPs development and control)
