Job description
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
? Empanel Trainers, Training companies and Vendors.
? Analyse and understand client challenges and training needs identification through
context calls, meetings, forms, shadowing, observations, development centres etc.
? Coordinate with the training team and handling the pre-requisites of the training
sessions.
? Align training calendars based on business needs and coordinating with trainers and
conducting execution plans.
? Understand, design and develop content, teaching-learning material, hangouts using
various software.
? Evaluate effectiveness of training programs, conduct post training surveys and
support learning by creating sustenance plans.
? Develop materials, resources, events, and other activities in line with social content
creation standard methodologies.
? Coordinate for the training executions as a point of contact for technical support
(virtual meetings, zoom, Google meet etc.) managing logistics, printing, and trainer’s
support.
? Work effectively as an individual contributor, coach team members and also
coordinate with other departments.
