Customer Sales Specialist
Responsibilities
- Setting appointments and doing direct selling.
- To handle customers according to sales pitch and techniques in the best possible manner.
- To meet all the established quality benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with all company / client policies, procedures, and practices.
- To endure that highest level of quality customer care is delivered and all problem incidences are reported and highlighted.
- Should be able to make at least 200-300 calls on a daily basis.
- Should pay special emphasis on target-based selling.
