Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities

To handle customers according to sales pitch and techniques in the best possible manner. Provide support to customers as per standard procedure. Achieve established standards for call/chat/email handling quality, Sales and productivity. To ensure that the highest level of quality customer care is delivered and all problem incidences are reported and highlighted. Should pay special emphasis on target-based selling.

Skills Required

Great Communication skills. Outgoing and friendly personality.

Above average computer literacy

Typing skills at least 15 wpm and know how to use shortcut keys.

Excellent customer service orientation. Spontaneous in his responses.

Goal-oriented and Confident. Proficient and Articulate in the English language (Neutral accent, Good Diction, excellent Grammar and Sentence structures)
