Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities

  • To handle customers according to sales pitch and techniques in the best possible manner.
  • Provide support to customers as per standard procedure. 
  • Achieve established standards for call/chat/email handling quality, Sales and productivity.
  • To ensure that the highest level of quality customer care is delivered and all problem incidences are reported and highlighted.
  • Should pay special emphasis on target-based selling.

Skills Required

  • Great Communication skills (written and oral). Outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Above average computer literacy
  • Typing skills at least 15 wpm and know how to use shortcut keys.
  • Excellent customer service orientation. Spontaneous in his responses.
  • Goal-oriented and Confident.
  • Proficient and Articulate in the English language (Neutral accent, Good Diction, excellent Grammar and Sentence structures)
