Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities

IMMENTIA PVT LTD is an IT-based company and providing IT products around the globe 24/7. We are hiring for potential candidates for the position of “Customer Support Specialist” (Online Work from Home until Global Crisis gets Better). 

·         Achieve established standards for call/chat/email handling quality, Sales and productivity.

·         To handle customers according to sales pitch and techniques in the best possible manner.

·         Provide support to customers as per the standard procedure.

·         To meet all the established quality benchmarks.

·         Ensure compliance with all company/client policies, procedures, and practices.

·         To endure that highest level of quality customer care is delivered and all problem incidences are reported and highlighted.

·         Should pay special emphasis on target-based selling.
