HR Training Executive

Responsibilities

Immentia is looking for energetic and dedicated candidate for its Training and Development Department. The candidate will be primarily responsible to create, coordinate and deliver soft skills training to its workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver soft skills training to the existing workforce
  • Create, coordinate, update, and schedule annual training plans
  • Coordination with support departments for training execution and designing tasks
  • Training Need Analysis and surveys
  • Other HR Operation

Required Skills

  • Excellent Communication (Both written + verbal)
  • Public Speaking
  • Team Coordination
  • Excellent MS PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Prezi will be preferred
  • Time Management
