Job Description
Work Details:
· Ensure high-quality communication on calls, chats & emails with international clients.
· Follow up on leads and close the deals with clients.
· Meet the monthly sales targets through inbound & outbound client reach.
· Ensure complete client satisfaction and problems resolution.
· Guide clients about company products and services.
· Assist the clients throughout the sales and payment process.
· Communicate the customers; requirements to relevant departments.
· Communicate with internal teams and departments.
An ideal Sales & Support candidate should:
· Be proficient in written and spoken English (the most important skill).
· Be a keen listener to understand the clients and their needs.
· Be able to multi-task and handle pressure.
· Be target-oriented and persuasive.
· Be a team player.
· Be able to work on chat software, MS Office, and Google Docs.
· Be willing to work on public holidays such as Eid, 14th August, and other such days.
