Eligibility Criteria:-
1- Good English Communication
2- Common Sense
3- Knowledge about Call center.
- Support of sales processes via phone calls to the customers.
- Introducing the organization's products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process.
- Carrying out market research on how to address customers.
- Preparation of sales reports and comparisons of competitors' offer conditions.
- Deliver prepared sales talks-reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to take the service.
