Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
· The person is primarily required to support onsite implementations to delivery capital market division products.
· Onsite activities to deliver the project.
· Manage and perform test scenarios to reproduce issues reported by client.
· Maintain customer relations to support organizational objectives.
· To support in Pre-Sales activities, including product demos, presentations (i.e. offsite & onsite).
· Onsite Project Implementation (Including training, UAT, mocks, Go Live & Sign offs)
