Requirements For Call Centre Agent:

1) Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

2) Periortizing, time management and organizational skills

3) should be target oriented, hardworking and puntual

4) Able to work in afternoon shift

5) applicant should preferably have previous call telesales experience in a call centre
