Requirements for call centre agent:

Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

periortizing, time management and organizational skills

Should be target oriented, hardworking and punctual

Able to work in night shift

Applicant should preferably have previous telesales experience in a call centre.

Starters are more than welcome to apply but communication skills matter alot.
