Requirements for call centre agent:

• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• periortizing, time management and organizational skills
• Should be target oriented, hardworking and punctual
• Able to work in night shift
• Applicant should preferably have previous telesales experience in a call centre.
• Starters are more than welcome to apply but communication skills matter alot.
