Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for taking calls of UK based customers, handling enquiries in a professional manner while providing the highest level of customer service.
- Your job will be to analyze the customers needs and to offer the appropriate choice of services according to their demands.
- Take direct control of team retention levels.
- Use company methodology and own initiatives to ensure retention targets are achieved.
- Supervisory experience is required.
