Floor Supervisor Contact Center

Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible to handle our UK home security campaign. Your job will be to analyse the customers' needs and to offer the appropriate choice of services according to their demands.

You will be responsible to:

Take direct control of team retention levels.

Use company methodolgy and own inuituve to ensure the tergets are achieved

supervisory experince is required

oversee day to day operation

Monitor team performance and report

Motivate team members

Discover training needs and provide coaching

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor

In-depth knowledge of performance matrics

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Organizational and time management skills

decision making skills

degree in management or training in team leading is a plus c
