Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for our UK home security campaign, your job will be to analyze the customer's home securtiy needs and offer the appropriate choice of services according to their demand.

You wll have to:

Take direct control of team retention levels

Use company methodolgy and own initiatives to ensure retention targets are achieved

Supervisory experience is required

Oversee day to day operation

Monitor team performance and report

Motivate team members

Discover trainingn needs and provide coaching

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a team leader or supervior

In depth Knnowlege of performance metrics

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Decision making skills
