Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for taking calls of UK based customers, handling inquiries in a professional manner while providing the highest level of customer service.
Your job will be to analyze the customer's needs and to offer the appropriate choice of services according to their demands.
Take direct control of team retention levels.
Use company methodology and own initiatives to ensure retention targets are achieved.
Supervisory experience is required.
