HR Generalist

Job Description

  • To develop standards, policies and procedures to support high quality of work delivery and growth of employees.
  • To provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Administering and monitoring new hire orientation programs
  • To develops and manage all requirements of new hires, promotions and transfers.
  • Responsible of complete recruitment cycle, from Job posting to different social media to initial screening and arranging an interview with final panel/ Team lead.
  • Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting like attendance reports etc.
  • To help employees administratively so they can achieve the project timelines and deadlines like hiring and other requirements.
  • Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals and reviewing the pattern of results.
  • Diagnose potential organizational problematic areas and resolve it.
  • To arrange recreational activities for employees to make a better environment of the Company.
