Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for taking calls of USA based customers, handling enquiries in a professional manner while providing the highest level of customer service.
Your job will be to analyse the customers’ needs and to offer the appropriate choice of services according to their demands.
Take direct control of team retention levels.
Use company methodology and own initiatives to ensure retention targets are achieved.
Supervisory experience is required.
Oversee day-to-day operation
Monitor team performance and report
Motivate team members
Discover training needs and provide coaching
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Decision-making skills
Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
