Job Description

Basic required Skills:

1 Ability to line tracing of chemical Process plant.

2 Developing new P&IDs and modification of old P&IDs.

3 Understanding and developing isometric Drawings

4 Sufficient knowledge of physical / chemical processes and associated equipment’s like distillation columns, reactors, heaters, boilers, Cooling towers, pumps, heat exchangers, filters, turbines and storages.

5 Preparation of plant start up and shut downs SOPs.

6 Preparation of daily inputs of Process material and Energy balances.

7 Preparation of daily operation equipment parameters log sheet.

8 Preparation of equipment performance input data sheet.

9 Ideal communication skills.

10 Good hand in AutoCAD, MS office and preferable primavera P-6.
