Responsibilities
- Reviews and compiles TNA to propose trainings and interventions while ensuring that all training and development programs are focused on the needs of the employees and department / company.
- Prepares payroll analysis on quarterly basis for management review.
- Proposes a training budget which caters for both internal and external trainings.
- Compiles manpower budgeting and planning for the year for management review.
- Prepares and maintains reports related to specific tasks assigned by the management.
- Participates in the performance management cycle by assisting appraisers, appraises and reviewers for smooth execution of appraisals according to the set guidelines.
- Monitors over all operational activities of HR department for timely reporting to department head and other concerned stakeholders.
- Ensure unifrmity of HR systems and processes across all regions.
- This position will be responsible for the North region operation.
- Based in Islamabad.
