Assistant Manager Human Resource

Responsibilities

  • Reviews and compiles TNA to propose trainings and interventions while ensuring that all training and development programs are focused on the needs of the employees and department / company.
  • Prepares payroll analysis on quarterly basis for management review.
  • Proposes a training budget which caters for both internal and external trainings.
  • Compiles manpower budgeting and planning for the year for management review.
  • Prepares and maintains reports related to specific tasks assigned by the management.
  • Participates in the performance management cycle by assisting appraisers, appraises and reviewers for smooth execution of appraisals according to the set guidelines.
  • Monitors over all operational activities of HR department for timely reporting to department head and other concerned stakeholders.
  • Ensure unifrmity of HR systems and processes across all regions.
  • This position will be responsible for the North region operation.
  • Based in Islamabad.
