Manager Inventory - Raw Material / Finish Goods
Responsibilities
- Interfaces with product line stakeholders on the planning and forecasting of customer orders to meet shipments and supply needs.
- Minimize inventory loss by incorporating best supply chain practices.
- Place timely orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
- Manage the distribution of supplies in the organization and manage the inventory level as per policy.
- Establish procedure and organize inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
- Develop new strategies to reduce cycle time, optimize inventory and reduce product cost.
- Maintain the balance of demand and supply including timely propose forecast.
- Monitor the stock distribution in warehouse and dispatch to showrooms.
- Develop the liquidation plan of slow moving items.
- Coordination with MRP team for procurement of raw materials as per forecast.
- Coordination with production and sales department for rationalization of stock.
