Sales / Design Consultant
Responsibilities
- Responsible for dealing with the clients. Once it is comes under opportunity module on measurement.
- Develop and timely provide 3D views to the clients.
- Meet with architects/contractors of our client for civil work.
- Processing of client orders as per approved details.
- Follow up on clients’ deliveries, payments, and receivables.
- Prepare quotations and payment receipts, and process the retail orders.
- Visit the clients’ sites for meeting and site verification.
- Follow up with the technical department and other concerned departments for quotation, orders and for timely revisions.
- Review the quotations and drawings which are made by design department.
- Follow up with the accounts department for GDR, and ledger of customers.
- Obtain feedback from clients regarding our services and products.
- Maintain follow up for delivered items for polishing, fixing, and measurements.
- Look after the display items regarding placement, price tagging, and cleaning.
- Verify the stock position from Supply chain Department.
