Sales Executive

We are looking for a professional Real Estate “Sales Executives” based in Bahria Town Islamabad. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Determine client’s needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Establishing new business.
• Working towards monthly or annual targets.
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, Sale deeds, etc)
• Develop networks and cooperate with real estate agents and investors.
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and dealer networks.
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate projects and best practices.

Required Key skills:

• Proven working experience in Real Estate with a minimum of 2 - 3 years experience.
• Proven track of successful sales record.
• Ability to work as a team combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and driven by targets
• Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written.
• The ability to influence and negotiate with others.

Numerical skills:

• Qualification Bachelors/Masters
• Salary 40 - 50k + Commission
