Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates,flow of correspondence

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.

• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook.

Skills:

• Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

• Good communication and people skills

• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

• Problem-solving skills

• Customer service orientation
