Assistant Manager HR

Job Description

  • Assist Head of HR to develop a recruitment and selection plan to attract and maintain a well-qualified, diverse applicant pool.
  • Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
  • Plan and conduct orientation, training and development of employees.
  • Update competencies and skill level charts of all employees.
  • Identify staff development and training needs and recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses based on TNA.
  • Conducts training sessions, workshops, conferences, and seminars when required.
  • Performance Management and Improvement System.
  • Monitoring of Performance Appraisals including mid year reviews.
  • Organise monthly Employee of the Month.
  • Assist Head of HR in building-up of healthy and sustainable company culture based on core values and code of ethics.
  • Maintain continuous liaison and communication with officers and supervisors to address work performance problems.
  • Serve as a Human Resource Liaison with department(s) to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships.
  • Assist/Advise Head of HR on employee relations matters such as performance evaluations, compensation and discipline.
  • Conduct inquiries where required.
  • Grievance handling.
  • Update job descriptions of existing employees and develop JDs for new assignments.
  • Manage payroll for the complete project
