Identify gaps in supply chain structure, plan based on previous trends and company objectives and execute in coordination with all relevant teams in order to successfully implement supply chain projects;
Follow-up and evaluate the success of new projects and propose changes to improve shortcomings.
Evaluate and report daily issues arising in the logistics department.
Ensure timely resolution of these issues to ensure business continuity.
