The purpose was to provide Shariah-compliant Takaful products to our brethren for overcoming uncertain situations in life.

Executive Financial Consultant Job Purpose:
Jubilee Takaful Family Multan Eagles Branch requires an Executive Financial Consultantwho can provide first-class sales by answering any questions the consumer might have about a product. Acts as a liaison between the consumer and Jubilee family Takaful, Acts as an expert in selling goods to consumers that meet their needs and desires.
Executive Financial Consultant Job Duties:
Meets with customers in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge
Demonstrates advanced products knowledge
Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures
Makes sales appointments with clients
Teams with other employees to make sure that product is available which are most suitable for the Consumer.
Generates new leads by meeting with consumers
Ensure full awareness of all policies and procedures issued in relation to Shariah principles.
Maintain complete and detailed knowledge of all assigned products.
Maintain accurately and up to date activity records
Maximize sales referral opportunities by working with customer service colleagues.
Is responsible for delivering service to customers that is synonymous with the consumer brand experience being promoted by the organization.
To ensure performance as per the performance management criteria.
Senior Business Development Manager for Selling of Takaful Membership Innovative Career Opportunities in Islamic Financial Service Industry.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their financial needs.
Selling Takaful Membership by Establishing contacts and developing a relationship with the prospect.
Maintain Relationship with clients by providing guidance and best services.
Selling Of Takaful Services Establish New Contacts For Takaful Business
Follows up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with the product
Assembles any and all product displays in a given market
Meets with retail associates to help them effectively sell products
Finds new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales
Discovers how to market products to new users
Understands how to make products appeal to consumers based on the environment and current trends
Uses the Internet to push products to a given target market
Works with the marketing department to develop new sales strategies
Teaches other sales consultants how to make sales to potential consumers
Discovers target markets and advantages of other companies
Demonstrates advanced sales knowledge
