Assistant Manager Quality Assurance

1. To conduct audits for different certifications including ISO 9001,ISO14001, SA 8000, OEKO-TEX, GOTS, OCS, GRS, EGYPTIANS COTTON etc.

2. To ensure compliance with all the requirement of the certifications mentioned above.

3. To conduct internal Quality Audits as per internal audit plan.

4. To carry out quality Risk Assessments of all departments.

5. To prepare and update KPI's of all department.

6. To develop policies, SOP's and work instructions for different process and operations.

7. Capable of performing System understanding, system walk through and system documentation.

8. Responsible for handling customer complaints related to compliance issues, causes and capable of ensuring corrective and preventive actions.

9. Report all developments related to daily tasks to manager internal audit .
