Human Resource Officer/Executive

Job Description

  • Organizing entire recruitment process (End to End Recruitment) for workforce addition/replacement in coordination with respective managers.
  • Proficient in using HRIS ; suggesting new changes/ upgrades in order to increase the efficiency.
  • Manage routine HR Operational activities e.g. employee documentations, Hiring, transfers, separations, onboarding etc.
  • Generation of various activity reports & its analysis for improvement & efficiency.
  • Payroll management & query resolutions.
  • Ensures that HR files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department.
  • Multi-Tasking skills with the ability to perform any task assigned by the management.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Be motivated and self-driven.
  • Be able to act quickly and decisively.
  • Talent Acquisition Skills.
  • IT Skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
  • Labor Laws
