Job Description
Perform communication and coordination activities within the department and externally such as making calls, drafting emails etc.
Documenting meetings in the form of minutes and typing various documents, such as emails, announcements, etc.
Assisting in various administrative tasks (including photocopying, documents exchange from one department to another etc.) as and when required.
Assisting QEC staff as regards arrangement for meetings.
Writing, collecting and compiling the data for website, social media and newsletter.
Assist in carrying out different analyses (in excel most likely e.g., graphs etc.) for the report formation.
Assist in entry of the data for academic and administrative purpose in excel sheet.
To assist with filing, record-keeping, and the collection and preservation of necessary documents for archival purposes.
Additional responsibilities:
Any duty assigned by QEC staff within the scope of this job.
Providing support in arranging/coordinating events if any (including arranging for relevant marketing materials, photocopies, etc.)
Work Schedule:
Business hours may extend into the evenings and weekends depending on workload.
Skills:
Have excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Computer skills (MS Office such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel)

Knowledge:
Written and verbal communication skill
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
