Research Assistant / Development Engineer

LUMS is currently seeking full-time development engineer to join our team in Syed Babar Alis School of Science and Engineering (SBASSE) working on the development of computer vision based industrial solutions including, but not limited to, intelligent traffic sensing system for monitoring/enforcement of rules on national highways and motorways and surface inspection system for packaging industry.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Development Engineer, you will help us to create and/or improve our products. We require you to have excellent programming skills and knowledge of deep learning and computer vision.11

Primary duties include the Design, Development, Analysis and Optimization of the deep learning models using Learning frameworks for computer vision applications, integration with prototype hardware, technical documentation for developed projects and maintain build environment and development tools.
