Assistant Manager Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring Clinical / Administration processes are conducted in accordance with guidelines and regulations. Develops, performs, and manages quality assurance activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBBS / MScN Nursing. QMS Lead Auditor Qualification, Quality Internal Audit Course and MBA would be preferred and considered as an additional qualification.
  • Minimum 7 to 8 years of operational experience and in similar capacity in reputable Hospital Industry is required.
  • Auditing and monitoring experience would be considered.
  • Incumbent must have knowledge about Quality Management System Standards e.g. ISO 9001:2015, JCIA-2014, International Guidelines, Auditing Protocols and Hospital Legal Requirements and have Excellent Technical skills, Planning skills, Interpersonal skills, Communication skills, Problem Solving skills, Team working skills, Excellent report writing, Statistical Analysis, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Ms. Word.
